This is something that will happen on a bi-monthly basis potentially monthly depending on how good the weather is for drying out new thrown pieces. If you follow me on instagram then I'm most likely to pop a post up on there about the new items available.
Most of the time when I'm throwing, certain items are made in small batches and are potential one off's as well, just to keep this in mind.
How are pieces shipped?
Pieces are shipped with a Royal Mail 48 hours tracked, aimed to be shipped out in a week of purchasing the piece. Once the item has been sent out, tracking information can be provided. If it is a European or International order then I will try and find the most suitable currier for the destination and charged at cost, meaning it might be more than the UK shipping.
Caring for your lovely new pieces
A lot of time, care and attention goes into making each piece and I'm sure you want to keep your piece looking its best for as long as possible.
I use a hard durable stoneware clay, meaning that when its had its final firing it virtrifies (making it water tight), so you could pop it in the dish washer, but due to the type of water you have in your area, the temperature it cleans at and the dish washer soap itself can all be very abrasive on the item, so best off just giving it a good ol' hand wash (and it means you get to look at it for longer). I can't guarantee the pieces are 100% microwave safe due to the nature of how it's made and can't test every piece so this is at your own discretion.

Returns
Holding things in your own two hands when choosing a new piece is something that you just can't beat, and I hope that each order you receive will spark joy for you, but sometimes I realise this may not be the case (especially if it's for that picky someone.....I know you're all out there).
I want everyone to be happy with each purchase but sadly if this isn't the case for any reason, then please get in touch via the contact form and you can return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Pieces needs to be returned in perfect condition.
If items are a personalised bespoke order these can't be returned.
